WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Gary M. Hall, 28, of 1620 Huntington St., Apt. N7, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:10 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, at 1620 Huntington St. with third-degree assault.
He is accused of repeatedly punching Richard Putney, 50, causing lacerations to his face, head and ear at about 1:54 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, at 1620 Huntington St., police said.
He was being held pending arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
