Watertown man charged with disorderly conduct at Paddock Arcade

WATERTOWN, NY —  Altariq Y. Crawford, Jr., 26, of 1620 Huntington St., Apt. N1, Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 1:35 a.m. Friday, Jan. 17, at 1 Public Square with disorderly conduct.

Mr. Crawford is accused of striking another male from behind on a public sidewalk in front of the Paddock Arcade at about 1:33 a.m. Friday, police said.

He is summoned to appear Feb. 5 in City Court.
