WATERTOWN, NY —Â Thomas W. Rapholtz, 46, of 511 Kieff Dr., Apt. F, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:32 p.m. Saturday, March 28, in the 500 block of Kieff Drive with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Police said he ignored several orders to quiet down as he continued shouting at his girlfriend during a domestic incident. After being told he was under arrest he allegedly refused to provide his hands, attempted to pull away from officers and attempted to flee, according to court documents.
He was being held pending arraignment Sunday morning.
