WATERTOWN, NY — Harold E. Pearson, 42, of 424 Prospect St., Apt. A, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:26 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, at 262 Arsenal St. with driving while intoxicated and illegal signal less than 100 feet.
A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Police did not provide his BAC.
Mr. Pearson is summoned to appear Feb. 27 in City Court.
