WATERTOWN, NY —Â Jonathan Cruz, 42, of 110 Creekwood Dr., Apt. 7, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:45 p.m. Monday, Jan. 6, at 110 Creekwood Dr. with forcible touching, a misdemeanor.
Mr. Cruz is accused of touching the left breast and buttocks of a 54-year-old woman “for the purpose of gratifying his sexual desire,” at about 7:03 p.m. Monday, Jan. 6, at 110 Creekwood Dr., according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Jan. 23 in City Court.
