Watertown man charged with harassment in connection with domestic incident

WATERTOWN, NY —  Kevin B. Youmans, 20, of 147 St. Mary St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:49 p.m. Thursday, March 12, at his residence with second-degree harassment.

He is accused of grabbing the face of Bernadine M. Brow, 61, causing her gum to bleed and pinched the right side of her cheek during a domestic incident at about 2:00 p.m. March 3 at their home, according to court documents.

He is summoned to appear March 30 in City Court.
