WATERTOWN, NY — Nathan A. Vance, 35, of 168 Sterling St., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:06 a.m. Saturday, July 21, at 249 Winslow St. with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Mr. Vance allegedly broke a window on the main door at 249 Winslow St. belonging to Beth A. Hazelton, 32, when he punched the glass during a domestic incident, according to court documents.
He was being held pending arraignment Saturday morning in City Court.
