WATERTOWN, NY —Â Theodore T. Beutel, 57, of 137 Duffy St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:40 p.m. Wednesday, June 10, at his residence with second-degree harassment.
Mr. Beutel is accused of repeatedly beating on the front door at 154 Duffy St. while attempting to engage in a physical altercation with David J. Morgia, 53, and made threats to kill the victim at about 7:40 p.m. May 19, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear June 12 in City Court.
