WATERTOWN, NY — Brandon J. Barnett, 25, of 311 W. Main St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:53 a.m. Sunday, April 14, at his residence with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.
Mr. Barnett is accused of attempting to damage a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee belonging to Patricia A. Monica, 46, when he smeared feces on the hood at about 12:00 p.m. Saturday, April 13, at 313 W. Main St., according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear April 29 in City Court.
