WATERTOWN, NY — Donald J. Browne, 31, of 661 Factory St., Apt. 23, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:07 a.m. Thursday, March 28, in the 100 block of Bellew Avenue with petit larceny.
Mr. Browne is accused of stealing an 18-pack of Coors Light 12-ounce beer cans valued at $14.89 when he exited Byrne Dairy, 1003 Coffeen St., without attempting to pay at about 12:34 a.m. Thursday, police said.
He is summoned to appear April 10 in City Court.
