WATERTOWN, NY — Kesia A. Hayes, 23, and Dominqiue T. Hayes, 26, both of 497 Newell St., Apt. 209, Watertown, were each charged by Watertown police on Thursday morning, Sept. 17, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with endangering the welfare of a child.
They are each accused of leaving a 3-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl alone at their apartment without any proper guardianship for an extended period of time at about 5:30 a.m. Sept. 17, according to court documents.
They are each summoned to appear Oct. 7 in City Court.
