Watertown police Lt. Mark W. Sutton retiring after 24 years of service
WATERTOWN, NY — Mark W. Sutton is retiring from the City of Watertown Police Department on Jan. 26, 2019, with over 24 years of service.
Please join us at the City Hall in the Council Chambers on Friday, January 25, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. as we present Mr. Sutton with a plaque to honor his years of service.
