WATERTOWN, NY — Watertown Savings Bank has announced plans to expand its offices on their Clinton Street campus with the addition of a new Lending Center.
The new 14,000 square foot state of the art structure will be erected where the building at 145 Clinton Street currently stands.
The Lending Center will connect to the Bank’s existing main office via a 50-foot elevated bridge.
Bank President & C.E.O., Mark Lavarnway said “The need for the new Lending Center is a direct result of our continued growth in the market and our corresponding need for additional space to support our expanding operations. Our commercial and residential lending efforts are the core of our business model, and this new building will not only provide a dedicated facility to serve our growing customer base, but also is the natural progression to support our continued position as the number one lender in the community”.
The project, headed by Lunco Corp., is scheduled to begin early next year with a completion date set for spring of 2023.
