WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Regina K. Drake, 22, of 517 Water St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:34 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, at 124 S. Orchard St. with first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony.
She is accused of attempting to purchase a beverage at Family Dollar, 146 Arsenal St., with a counterfeit $100 bill at about 10:19 a.m. Sept. 11, according to court documents.
She was being held pending arraignment Thursday in City Court.
