Watertown woman accused of failing to supervise two children, ages 3 and 1

WATERTOWN, NY —  Jasmine M. Miner, 26, of 845 Starbuck Ave., Apt. 702, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:42 p.m. Thursday, March 12, at her residence with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Ms. Miner is accused of failing to provide adequate supervision for a 3-year-old boy and 1-year-old girl when she allowed them to their apartment and walk through the parking lot of Starwood Apartments as well as near E. Division Street unsupervised for an unknown period of time wearing only a short sleeve shirt and pajama pants at about 9:00 p.m. Thursday, according to court documents.

She is summoned to appear March 25 in City Court.
