WATERTOWN, NY — Bethany E. Schroeder, 27, of 1620 Huntington St., Apt. H6, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:47 a.m. June 6 at her residence with endangering the welfare of a child. She is accused of leaving two female children, ages 5 and two-months-old, unattended in her apartment for at least 45 minutes at about 1:00 a.m. June 6, according documents. “The defendant appeared to be under the influence of an unknown narcotic leaving her in a condition unable to care for the children,” police wrote. She is summoned to appear June 20 in City Court.
