WATERTOWN, NY — Jessica M. Beutel, 30, of 2470 Alexandra Meadows, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:05 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
Ms. Beutel is accused of possessing a stolen electric Powerwheels battery belonging to Ashley Harten and worth approximately $100 at about 6:15 p.m. Aug. 18 at 620 Gotham St., police said.
She is summoned to appear Oct. 10 in City Court.
