WATERTOWN, NY —Â Charlene L. Brewer, 30, of 1620 Huntington St., Apt. Q3, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:10 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, at 1620 Huntington St. with second-degree harassment.
She is accused of shoving Cheyenne Burns, 21, and then struck her in the stomach with a closed fist at about 7:34 p.m. Sept. 2 at 1620 Huntington St., Apt. Q3, according to court documents.
Ms. Brewer is summoned to appear Oct. 4 in City Court.
