WATERTOWN, NY —Â Ruth A. Scott, 45, of 11 Public Square, Apt. 506, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:54 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19, at 431 Stone St. with second-degree harassment.
Ms. Scott is accused of pushing Michael D. Yarbrough, 52, in an attempt to get him out of his home during a domestic incident at about 9:47 p.m. Wednesday at 431 Stone St., police said.
She was being held pending arraignment Thursday morning in City Court.
