WATERTOWN, NY — A woman is accused of stealing $5.95 worth of merchandise from Sunoco, 430 Factory St., at about 3:45 p.m. Feb. 21, according to the Watertown Police Department.
Tonya L. Gifford, 37, of 661 Factory St., Apt. 14-1, was charged at 12:50 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, at her residence with petit larceny.
She is summoned to appear March 6 in City Court.
