WATERTOWN, NY — Krista L. Brannan, 41, of 816 Bronson St., Watrtown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, at her residence with second-degree harassment.
She is accused spitting on the right leg of a police officer during an arrest outside of 816 Bronson St., according to court documents.
Ms. Brannan was cited with an additional count of second-degree harassment for spitting on Julius L. Brannan, 31, same address, during a domestic incident, police said.
She is summoned to appear July 22 in City Court.
