Watertown woman accused of swinging steak knife at man during domestic incident, police say

WATERTOWN, NYCheyenne B. Menter, 22, of 537 Mill St., lower apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:12 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, at her residence with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor.

Ms. Menter is accused of swinging a steak knife at Jordan R. Biccum, 26, same address, while stating, “I’m gonna kill you, I’m gonna kill you,” then chased him through the home at about 9:12 p.m. Wednesday during a domestic incident, according to court documents.

She was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Thursday morning in City Court.
