WATERTOWN, NY — Cheyenne B. Menter, 22, of 537 Mill St., lower apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:12 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, at her residence with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor.
Ms. Menter is accused of swinging a steak knife at Jordan R. Biccum, 26, same address, while stating, “I’m gonna kill you, I’m gonna kill you,” then chased him through the home at about 9:12 p.m. Wednesday during a domestic incident, according to court documents.
She was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Thursday morning in City Court.
