Watertown woman accused of violating order of protection, police say

WATERTOWN, NY —  Twanisha S. Killian-Graham, 30, of 312 Gotham St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:18 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, at her residence with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, and disorderly conduct, a violation.

She is accused of violating the terms of a Family Court refrain-from order of protection when she was under the influence and/or consumed an alcoholic beverage within 24 hours of being in the presence of a 9-year-old boy at about 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, according to court documents.

Ms. Killian-Graham is also accused of yelling at an unreasonable volume during the same incident causing a neighbor to exit a residence to see what was occurring, police said.

She was being held pending arraignment Thursday morning, June 18.
