Watertown woman charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated following accident on Pearl Street

WATERTOWN, NY —  Nicole R. Sullivan, 25, of 16357 Ives Street Road, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:48 a.m. Friday, Oct. 30, at 557 Pearl St., with aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right following an accident, according to a police report.

A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater. Police said her BAC was 0.18 percent.

She is summoned to appear Nov. 17 in City Court.
