WATERTOWN, NY —Â Galina A. Smith, 22, of 1620 Huntington St., Apt. Q7, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:18 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 22, at 100 Public Square with disorderly conduct.
Police allege she refused orders to leave the area of a fight scene in front of Cam’s Pizzeria, 25 Public Square, at about 2:14 a.m. Sunday.
She is summoned to appear Oct. 16 in City Court.
