WATERTOWN, NYÂ —Â Traci L. Jones, 38, of 442 Flower Ave. E., lower apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:10 a.m. Thursday, July 25, at her residence with disorderly conduct.
Ms. Jones is accused of “playing her music loudly, slamming her front door and banging on her walls with the intent to annoy and inconvenience her neighbors after being told multiple times to stop by officers,” according to court documents.
She is summoned to appear Aug. 14 in City Court.
