WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Brandice M. Chin, 38, of 129 St. Mary St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:59 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, in the 400 block of Mill Street with driving while intoxicated, a headlight violation and not wearing a seat belt.
Her blood alcohol content was 0.10 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
She is summoned to appear Feb. 7 in City Court.
