WATERTOWN, NY — Carol L. Schneider, 67, of 139 Winslow St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:44 a.m. Friday, Sept. 7, in the 200 block of Washington Street with driving while intoxicated, unsafe lane change, a headlamp violation and refusal to take a breath test.
A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Police said Ms. Schneider refused a breath test to determine her blood alcohol content.
She is summoned to appear Sept. 19 in City Court.
