WATERTOWN, NY —Â Sierra L. Donley, 23, of 1620 Huntington St., Apt. N3, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:53 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, in the 1600 block of Huntington Street with driving while intoxicated and inadequate headlights.
Her blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
She is summoned to appear Oct. 29 in City Court.
