WATERTOWN, NY — Kenyatta L. Scott, 41, of 628 Bronson St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:04 a.m. Friday in the 600 block of Bronson Street with driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unsafe lane change.
A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Police did not provide her BAC on an arrest report provided to the media.
She is summoned to appear June 7 in City Court.
