WATERTOWN, NY — Heather L. Collins, 32, of 497 Newell St., Apt. 109, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:12 a.m. Monday, Feb. 17, at her residence with petit larceny.
She is accused of stealing two 2-liter bottle of Mountain Dew soda, 1 package of Oreo cookies and a package of Keebler Elf cookies with a total value of $8.00 at about 1:10 p.m. Jan. 1, 2020, at A-Plus Sunoco, 430 Factory St., police said.
She is summoned to appear March 9 in City Court.
