WATERTOWN, NY — Sophie Sedjro, 19, of 661 Factory St., Apt. 18, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:51 a.m. Thursday, April 9, in the 200 block of Factory Street with petit larceny, second-degree criminal impersonation and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.
She is accused of providing a false date of birth and identified herself as Christina Danhoussou in an attempt to conceal her true identity while knowing she was the suspect in a larceny investigation, police said.
Ms. Sedjro allegedly concealed a phone charger valued at $9.99 in her right pocket and exited Sunoco, 430 Factory St., without attempting to pay at about 2:36 a.m. Thursday, according to court documents.
She is summoned to appear July 8 in City Court. She was turned over to the Border Patrol for further investigation, police said.
