WATERTOWN, NY —Â Sara E. Bardsley, 24, of 619 Sherman St., Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 2:54 a.m. Friday, June 26, at 621 Sherman St. with disorderly conduct.
She is accused of playing music loud enough for a neighbor to call the police and then proceeded to yell profanities at officers at an unreasonable volume after being adviser to lower her voice several times at about 2:38 a.m. Friday, according to court documents.
She is summoned to appear Oct. 28 in City Court.
