WATERTOWN, NY —Â Melody J. Baker, 66, of 112 Creekwood Dr., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:12 p.m. April 11 at 112 Creekwood Dr. with disorderly conduct.
Ms. Baker is accused of ignoring police requests to stop yelling at the apartment complex at about 11:10 p.m. Saturday, April 11, according to court documents.
She is summoned to appear July 10 in City Court.
