Watertown woman facing child endangerment charge

WATERTOWN, NY —  Nichole L. Ives, 31, of 700 Nellis St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:58 p.m. Sunday, March 29, at her residence with endangering the welfare of a child.

Ms. Ives is accused of allowing Henry Arencibia into her residence where an 11-year-old girl lives at about 5:46 p.m. Sunday and is the protected party of a valid stay-away order of protection from Arencibia, according to court documents.

She is summoned to appear July 8 in City Court.
