Watertown woman facing child endangerment charge, police say

WATERTOWN, NY —   Nichole L. Ives, 31, of 700 Nellis St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:21 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with endangering the welfare of a child.

Ms. Ives is accused of “knowingly acting a manner likely to be injurious to the physical welfare of an 11-year-old girl when she knowingly allowed Henry Arencibia, 35, Watertown, to enter her residence where the juvenile resides and is the protected party of a valid stay-away order of protection,” at about 8:00 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13, according to court documents.

She is summoned to appear Feb. 3 in City Court.
