WATERTOWN, NY — Kwaniece M. Thompson-Weeks, 20, of 207 Wealtha Ave., Apt. 649D, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:21 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, at 957 Arsenal St. with disorderly conduct.
She is accused of yelling profanities at Arby’s restaurant and ignored police orders to stop, according to court documents.
She is summoned to appear Dec. 4 in City Court.
