WATERTOWN, NY — Sara J. Qusensberry, 30, of 1429 Gill St., Apt. 453B, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:31 p.m. Monday, July 15, at 171 E. Hoard St. with disorderly conduct.
She is accused of yelling profanities in the vicinity of children and other park patrons at the William J. Flynn Municipal Swimming Pool near North Elementary School at about 7:31 p.m. Monday, police said.
She is summoned to appear July 31 in City Court.
