WATERTOWN, NY — Mickayla C. Duvall, 19, of 1190 Arsenal St., Apt. 133, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:19 p.m. Tuesday, June 9, at Samaritan Medical Center, 830 Washington St., with disorderly conduct.
Ms. Duvall is accused of yelling profanities in the hospital’s parking lot despite being told to stop several times by officers, according to court documents.
She is summoned to appear Aug. 12 in City Court.
