DEXTER, NY — William J. Stonecipher, 57, of County Route 59, Dexter, passed away Sunday, Feb. 23, 2020, at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown, after he was stricken ill at home Thursday evening.
Among his survivors is his wife, Diana Lamb.
