WATERTOWN, NYÂ —Â Kylie M. Rivers, 33, of 6 S. Main St., Apt., 3, Carthage, was charged by Watertown police at 2:40 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with petit larceny.
Ms. Rivers is accused of concealing perfume, a makeup clutch and two key chains with a total value of $35.96 in her purse and exited Kinney Drugs, 905 Coffeen St., without attempting to pay at about 12:45 p.m. Nov. 11, according to court documents.
She is summoned to appear Dec. 2 in City Court.
