WATERTOWN, NY — Taiavion N.M. Luster, 19, of 232 W. Main St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:06 a.m. Sunday, May 12, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with petit larceny.
She is accused of stealing $80 from a cash register and concealed it in her pocket at about 1:48 p.m. Oct. 6, 2018, at Party City, 1125 Arsenal St., according to court documents.
She was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Sunday morning in City Court.
