WATERTOWN, NY — Shannon N. Hamer, 31, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:47 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, at 1708 Ohio St. with disorderly conduct.
Police allege she attempted to fight another person and had to be held back by other people in the area. “The defendant also attempted to pass a police officer in an attempt to try to fight the person again,” police wrote.
She was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $100 police bail pending arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
