WATERTOWN, NY — Sharon L. Deliquori, 63, of 23339 State Route 12, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 5:52 p.m. Sunday, April 14, in the 700 block of LeRay Street with aggravated driving while intoxicated and unsafe lane change.
Her blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater.
She is summoned to appear April 30 in City Court.
