WATERTOWN, NY — Brandi L. Wright, 45, of 19325 US Route 11, Apt. 115, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 4:17 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, at her residence with second-degree harassment.
Ms. Wright is accused of slapping Allen Moses, 41, in his face at about 8:22 a.m. Dec. 4 at Family Dollar, 146 Arsenal St., according to court documents.
She is summoned to appear Jan. 16 in City Court.
