WATERTOWN, NY —Â Trina S. Bryant, 29, of 132 S. Orchard St., Apt. 3, Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 9:05 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, at her residence with second-degree harassment.
Ms. Bryant is accused of throwing a small plastic bag containing trash from a second floor landing at the 54-year-old female victim striking her in the face at about 10:18 a.m. Aug. 7 in the rear of 132 S. Orchard St., according to court documents.
Bryant is summoned to appear Aug. 28 in City Court.
