WATERTOWN, NY — Lauren M. Houser, 31, of 20750 Reasoner Road, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:02 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with second-degree harassment.
Ms. Houser is accused of throwing a child’s toy at Raymond S. Elliott, 32, Watertown, striking him on the right side of his head at about 6:56 p.m. Aug. 30 at Stewart’s Shop, 1226 Washington St., police said.
She is summoned to appear Sept. 12 in City Court.
