WATERTOWN, NY —Â Alexander E. Sullivan, 29, of 1136 State St., Apt. 4, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:37 p.m. Tuesday, June 9, at 1136 State St. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Mr. Sullivan is accused of running from a vehicle he was operating during a traffic stop by a marked patrol vehicle, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Aug. 12 in City Court.
