WATERTOWN, NY — Mikayla D. Stevens, 22, of 10648 Fifth Armored Div. Dr., Apt. 331A, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 6:52 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, in the 200 block of Eastern Boulevard with aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right.
Her blood alcohol content was 0.32 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater.
She is summoned to appear Feb. 12 in City Court.
