WATERTOWN, NY — Matthew W. East, 18, of 132 N. Rutland St., Watertown, Eric M. Podvin, 21, of 710 Hancock St., upper apt., Watertown, and Kevin B. Youmans, 18, Watertown, were each charged by Watertown police at about 10:15 p.m. Monday, May 14, at 136 N. Rutland St. with abandonment of an animal. They are each accused of taking “two cats belonging to Kevin Youmans and abandoned them on the property of 136 N. Rutland St.,” at about 8:01 p.m. Monday, according to court documents. Both men are ordered to appear May 23 in City Court.
